Consults are $240 per session (50 mins +), or $210 per session (50 mins+) for full-time school (18 years +) or university students or those with a Health Care Card.
Jacinta’s fees are well below the Australian Psychological Society’s Recommended Fee of $311 for 2024-2025 for a standard 46 to 60-minute consultation.
If you get a Mental Health Treatment Plan from your GP, you can get a Medicare rebate for up to 10 psychology sessions per calendar year. As Jacinta is a Clinical Psychologist you can claim the highest level of Medicare rebate for psychological sessions: $141.85 per session.
If you don’t have a Mental Health Treatment Plan, you may be able to claim a rebate from your Private Health Insurance provider (PHIP). Please contact your PHIP to inquire about this possibility prior to attending your session at Psych Sanctuary.
Telehealth sessions are charged at the rates above.
